Thank you for shopping at Kajja Foods. We take pride in the quality of our Sri Lankan cashews. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

1. Perishable Goods

As our products are perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. We ensure appropriate packaging to maintain freshness during transit.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our high-quality standards (e.g., spoilage), provided you contact us within the reporting window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@kajjafoods.lk or call +94 76 119 2103 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
